1. Who we are
GiftVault is an online store for digital goods. We buy from licensed suppliers and resell to you. Brands are trademarks of their owners; we are an independent reseller.
2. Account and balance
You need an account to buy. Your balance is a prepaid credit in USD, it is not a bank deposit, pays no interest and is used only inside GiftVault. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for actions taken from your account.
3. Orders and delivery
Every product page shows the price, what you receive and which details we need (email, phone, player id, domain). Delivery is automatic and usually instant. If the supplier cannot deliver, the order is marked failed and the full price returns to your balance automatically.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in USD and include our markup. Supplier prices move, so a price can change between page loads; we never charge more than the amount shown on the button you pressed.
5. Your responsibility
Check the region, platform and account details before buying: a code issued for the wrong region or a top-up sent to the wrong number cannot be reversed. Reselling delivered codes is at your own risk.
6. Prohibited use
No fraud, stolen payment methods, money laundering, or resale to sanctioned persons. We may block an account and refuse service if we see abuse.
7. Liability
We are liable for delivering what you paid for or returning your money. We are not liable for how a third-party platform treats a redeemed code, or for losses beyond the order amount.
