What we collect
Your email and password hash, your balance and order history, and the delivery details you type for an order (email, phone number, player id, domain contact). Payment card data never reaches us — it is handled by the payment provider.
Why we collect it
To deliver your orders, to show your history, to prevent fraud and to meet accounting duties.
Who receives it
Only the supplier that fulfils your specific order (for example a phone number for a top-up) and the payment provider you choose. We do not sell data and do not run ad trackers.
Cookies
One session cookie for sign-in and one language cookie. No advertising cookies.
How long
Order and payment records are kept while the account exists and afterwards for the period accounting rules require.
